KPI (CPI)

What KPI’s? Even you have done the jobs triumphantly, if your boss dislikes you, dislikes seeing your face, and refuse to recognize your work, your KPI would never becomes good. But, if you know how to jerk, polish them, and bribe them (any means), then your KPI will be rocketted tremendously! Yeah, Malaysia way of life!

KPI without human touches, for me are useless and harmful in the long run to any organizations. To give great perks, we have to evaluate the worker for quite sometime, not in a short time. And our judgment and evaluation must be credible and unquestionable integrity.

If to motivate people, give something first to him for him to rehabilitate. For example, a beggar comes to our house request for some food. Do not ask him to do any work first at your house (if intend to manipulate). Give him some food first as energy, let him has a short rest. Then only give him the relevant job which he could do appropriately. And then the pay must be given before his sweats dried as stressed by Prophet Muhammad saw.

In some organizations, you are fruitful if you able to produce whatever the organization wants. But when you become older and the physical power starts to decrease, the organization will start to get rid of you. Again, the Malaysian culture that really never respect and appreciate the seniors.

Unlike the Japanese the longer you are in the organizations, better perks you will get. Because what they want from the veterans more are the experience and knowledge that the juniors are lacking of. Usually, the seniors could settle an issue shortly and efficiently, compared to juniors who thought that they are far better than the seniors.
